Now we have two world-class float glass production lines with a daily melting capacity of more than 1,100 tons in operation, another production line in Peru is also under construction and will be put into operation in 2026. Our products range in thicknesses from 3 to 12 mm; the maximum sheet width can reach 3660 mm. The product line includes high-transmittance building curtain wall glass, energy-saving tinted glass, decorative reflective glass, and other series, meeting the special needs of various architectural projects. We have established a strict quality control system to ensure that each piece of glass meets international standards for transparency, mechanical strength, and durability. Located in Msufini Kidete, Mkuranga, the factory spans 220 acres and officially commenced production in August 2024, with a daily capacity of 600 tons. As the first glass manufacturing base established by Twyford International in Africa, this facility is not only a crucial part of the company's "Big Building Materials" strategy in the region but also marks a breakthrough in the localized production of high-quality glass in Tanzania. Its products not only meet local market demand but are also exported to multiple African countries as well as Europe and Asia.
Situated in Mkiu, Mkuranga, the Phase II plant covers 181 acres and began operations in November 2024, producing 500 tons daily. As the second production base of Twyford International,this factory enhances capacity and technological capabilities, boosting regional glass supply while driving job creation and sustainable economic growth.
